I have written two books on Spokane's "Homegrown" railroad, the Spokane International Railway.
Nearly all images of the Spokane International are from the lens of renowned Spokane International Railway photographer Larry Shawver. Larry lived in Spokane and developed a love of the SI while growing
up in Sandpoint, Idaho. The photos in these galleries are from his collection with many of them
